How to Make Your Review and Earn a Discount

To maintain a certain level of quality for all Reviews, feel free to use the following ideas as a guide for a complete evaluation of our services!

1. The title of the topic should indicate the elo before and after the service;

2. The Review should be punctuated as follows:

• How did you find our services? Describe.

• Attendance - Describe the type of experience you had during the services (Was Delay, Cancellation, Speed of Delivery? Comment and justify!)

• Safety - Describe if there were any problems with your account, bans or if it was discovered at any time.

• Support Quality - Has any member of staff helped or stopped helping you? Evaluate.

• Conclusion - Any other thoughts or general comments regarding the Services/Community/etc ..

Topics outside the standards described here will not be assessed by management.

Rules:

• Discounts will be provided according to Review rating (5 ~ 20%)

• Reviews created by members who are not clients will be disregarded and deleted

• False reviews will be excluded and the member will be punished according to the degree of infringement.
